Ah...Jimmy Carter...has become such a great humanitarian...if only he knew then, what he knows now, what a great president.
I agree... all those hurricane victims screaming for FEMA's help, either don't know or forgot Pres Carter is the one who started the Fema... I'd say alot of people owe their very lives to him as a result, wouldn't you say? Do you think a single one of them will ever THANK him?... (that is only one reason he is on my list of faves)...
